LODOCO®(colchicine 0.5mg) tablets is an anti-inflammatory cardiovascular drug indicated to reduce the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, coronary revascularisation and cardiovascular death in adults with established atherosclerotic disease or with multiple risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
LODOCO® (colchicine 0.5 mg) works by reducing inflammation in the vascular system to help prevent heart attacks and other cardiovascular events. It targets the body’s inflammatory pathways—an underlying cause of plaque buildup and rupture in coronary artery disease (CAD).
